Citrix Support Request

Citrix Nerds standard rates during normal business hours are $200 per hour. The engineer will typically request supervised administrator level remote access to the environment using GoToMeeting or Zoom. After hours rates are $250 per hour. Billing for the first hour is done in a one hour increment and each additional hour is in 15 minute increments. An invoice is only generated after the customer is satisfied with the work that was performed.
