Citrix Nerds standard rates during normal business hours are $200 for the first hour and $150 for each additional hour. The first 15 minutes are usually free so that the engineer can get acquainted with the issue. The engineer will typically request remote access to the environment using GoToMeeting. After hours rates are $250 for the first hour and $200 for each additional hour. Billing is done in one hour increments and an invoice is only generated after the customer is satisfied with the work that was performed.
