The founder of Citrix Nerds was ahead of his time in the mid to late 1990s with his ideas about web based application delivery being used to simplify deployment and improve reliability. This was a time when applications were still installed on PC's and pretty much a server needed to be built for each specific application. Finding the inhouse staff to expertly maintain a suite of applications was difficult and expensive. It required regular training and performing updates was time consuming, especially building a development environment first, doing all the testing and then going around to user workstations to update them. We perceive Citrix to more or less be a graphical / web based replacement for the traditional server based computing method used with mainframe computers. We've come full circle, but instead of a dumb terminal you can use your PC, Macbook, iPhone or Android to access whatever you want via the Internet. Citrix Nerds was founded on this vision and has been providing exceptional Citrix support since 1996. We do not believe in having first level engineers answering support calls. We want you to speak with the experts right away. If you have a problem, we want to help you fix it as fast as possible and if you have a new build, we want to help you do it right the first time.
