Citrix Server 4.0 - Access Gateway Manual Addition to Advanced Access Control Server
1. If the Access Gateway does not appear during discovery, use these steps to manually add it to the Advanced Access Control server.
First, determine the MAC address of the Citrix Access Gateway either by using the Gateway Administration tool or doing a PING to
the private or internal IP and then running Address Resolution Protocol (ARP) to show all entries: ARP -a

2. While on the Advanced Access Control server open a web browser to the following URL and click Notify Gateway Startup:
http://localhost/citrixgatewayconfigservice/gatewayconfigservice.asmx
3. Enter the MAC address and IP address of the Access Gateway. Enter port 80 as the notification port. If a failover IP address
and port exists, then enter it, otherwise enter the IP address of the Access Gateway with port 80 and click Invoke
4. If the Access Gateway is successfully registered, output similar to the following will appear
